CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee, and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment to reserve future appointments.
